Audience:

Testers and managers of products developed in Smalltalk who want to be able to test within the the Smalltalk development environment, or communicate effectively with the developers.

Prerequisites:

None.

Objectives:

The goal of this course is to provide attendees with a basic knowledge of the Smalltalk language, development environment and source control system. On completion they will be able to understand basic Smalltal so they can read and understand how the code they are testing is constructed, use Smalltalk to perform some light scripting in their tests, and manage versions of their tests.

  • Using the browsers, inspectors and debuggers
