to test your web-based server applications. SilverMark's Test
Mentor can now record and play back VisualAge Web Connection
transactions, streamlining the test creation process.
Record and play back Web Connection Transactions
SilverMark's
Test Mentor Web Connection feature enables you to rapidly
create web server tests by recording web transactions as they
enter the Smalltalk image. It also records the HTML response
returned by your web application. All you have to do to create
a test is press a button to start recording transactions and
then use your application from a browser. When you play back
your test, SilverMark's Test Mentor simulates the role of
your browser by replaying the recorded requests while verifying
that the expected HTML responses are returned. This enables
you to easily create full regression tests for your web server
applications!
